Enjoying Stained Glass -Tuesday AM class (8 sessions)

March 4 @ 10:45 am 12:45 pm

This Stained Glass Class is designed to teach people of all levels of expertise how to choose or create a design, cut glass, wrap your piece in lead came or copper foil and solder it together to produce a finished stained glass item that can be hung or stood up for decoration. Beginners will soon learn the skills required by experienced glass artisans.

All the tools such as grinders, soldering irons, grozing pliers, glass cutters and other equipment will be provided at the studio. Beginners will be required to come an hour earlier on the first night and will complete a small project designed to teach many useful techniques before moving on to their chosen larger item.
Experienced artisans will work on their individually-chosen projects of varying degrees of difficulty.
